Role: PDI Inspector
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:45 - 16:15 Monday to Thursday
Hourly rate: between £15.91 - £18.26 ph DOE
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and vehicle inspection? We’re looking for a careful and quality-focused Pre-Delivery Inspector to join our Manufacturing Quality team in Warwick.
This role plays an important part in ensuring every vehicle leaving our facility meets customer specifications and quality standards. You’ll contribute to maintaining our reputation for quality while supporting ongoing improvement across the business.
What you’ll do:

Carry out in-process quality audits, including torque and hydraulic pressure checks

Test each vehicle in line with inspection procedures

Confirm compliance with customer specifications before vehicles are released

Record build criteria and faults clearly to support analysis and improvement

Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to support quality standards

Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and data insights
What you’ll bring:
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles (light vehicle or HGV)
- Experience in vehicle inspection or specialist vehicle assembly (desirable)
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and quality processes
- Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn new skills
- Mechanical qualifications, HGV licence, or tachograph training (desirable)
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Driving licence and flexibility to support overtime when required
