The Role
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk (Temp) to join our Department team in Singapore.
In this role, you will support data entry activities required by the D365 and Process Improvement Project, ensuring timely project completion while minimizing disruption to the daily operations of all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify master data (supplier, customer, inventory, production records) into Sharepoint MYList or Excel.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications
- Cross-check data against source for accuracy and completeness
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Knowledge
- Entry level, no prior work experience required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (entering data, simple formulas, filters)
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum O level or equivalent.
✅ Skills & Attributes
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling repetitive tasks
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in English for business communication, documentation, and system usage.
- Ability to communicate in additional local language(s) is an advantage.
- Willingness to perform ad hoc task as assigned.
